RE: Blackballed in Southeast Texas

The best thing to do is leave that place. It's the best thing that ever happened to me. I've worked on the East Coast and have been in the Midwest for the last 21 years.
The best thing I ever did besides marrying my wife was leaving SE Texas, Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange. I've made more money, seen more and enjoyed more than living it that toxic waste dump of SE Texas.

My husband has been wrongfully blackballed from working at a large refinery. He is not allowed to work for them anywhere. Anybody out there have any idea what his rights are? Who can he call to help him with this problem? (Don't want to call some fly by night lawyer!) Thanx
