Please tell your kids to get out of the way when a car is coming. Kids have no respect for the rules of the road. I slow down when I see kids playing, and I even stop to let them out of the way. But their are some bad apples that think its funny to stay by the egde of the car/street and scare a driver into thinking something might happen. NOT A NICE PRANK!Then have the nerve to be foul mouthed. Parents, either watch your kids when they are outside or teach them how to behave. If I have ever talked to a passing driver in such language, I wouldn't of been able to sit down for days.
