I think just personally,they are trying to make up for all the money they lost during the hurricane,all the overtime they had to pay employees. Also,they don't have as many customers in lousiana,so they are passing on the cost to us.
Entergy is a big rip off. They over charge and under service. When can we get some relief? NEVER...Who cares about the people as long as the city, state and government get their share..
How many of you have been ripped off by the electric company? I can't begin to tell you how angry I have been dealing with these people. I just wonder, how can my bill go from $174.28 per month to $470.07 in a one 30 day period. And when you call to get some answers all you hear is "You HAVE to pay this amount." If a citizen streals from a store, that person goes to jail. So I ask, how can a big company like ENTERGY steal money out of our pockets and face no charges of THEFT? ENTERGY doesn't care and will charge you whatever they feel they can get away with and WE HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO PAY THEM. How about that for justice for the American people.
