I am a graduate of South Park High School as wll are my sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. We(Save South Park High School) are opposed to closing or demolishing South Park Middle School( South Park High School). SP has 71 years of graduating classes and many years of memories. Lamar was started on the 3rd floor of SP. It has a state historical marker. If BISD had kept the building repairs up to date, there would be no problems but they did not. The way things stand now the children at SPMS would be bused across the city and the children at Bingham Elementary would also be  bused across the city to another school.If these schools had gotten repairs as they needed this would not be an issue. On March 3 there will be a Meeting "Save South Park High School" at St. Paul's Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Woodrow at 2:00 PM
